Builders Discounts

We also offer a builders discount scheme which works out to Apr. 15% discount on the price of the job. This can be done through yourselves with the discount applied to the invoice or if it is direct to the client when they pay we sort out the commission to you. Example on a £600 two storey side extension you would earn £90 in commission.

Location plan (Ordnance Survey)

Existing site plan

Existing floor plans / elevations / section

Proposed site plan, proposed floor plans / elevations / section

Liasing with the Council untilo Approval is obtained

Building Regulation Fee Includes the following

Completed application forms

Fully detailed and annotated technical drawings

Specification and liaising with Council until Approval is obtained

Exclusions

The following items are not included in with the design fees and are payable to the relevant Council / Company:

Tree Survey

Flood Risk Assessment

Structural Calculations

Bat Surveys

Ground Risk Assessments

Coal Mining Reports

All of the above are also charged seperately to our design fees.
